This is my ultimate 4pm energy-crash bite. They are full of natural ingredients, dairy-free and the perfect pack of protein and energy … Oh and they taste pretty good..




1 spoon: Chia Seeds

1 spoon: Almond Butter

1 Cup: Medjool Dates

2 Spoons: Organic Pure Cocoa powder / Raw Cacao

2 spoons: Blended Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin and Sesame seeds


Blend everything in a blender and it should be sticky, if needed add coconut oil or more dates if the mixture doesn’t stick enough together.

Flatten then roll into balls, refrigerate and they are ready to eat!
