Morning Turmeric Latte.

Turmeric is an invigorating morning pick-me-up boost to the metabolism and immune system. It plays a vital role as an anti-inflammatory and is full of antioxidants that neutralise free radicals – promoting the function of healthy cells.

To make the latte, it is preferable to use fresh turmeric…Peel and blend…

Otherwise, you can use organic turmeric powder, blend with almond milk (you can use any milk but I prefer to steer away from dairy products) I froth the milk using a Nespresso machine for a luxurious latte-esque texture … and Voilà!
